Every business we partner with gets a dedicated marketing consultant, and a monthly meeting with them on Zoom or in person. The person who sets the strategy is the person you deal with.
- 02Built in your accounts
Everything is created in accounts you own and give us access to. Never ours. We would tell you never to let another agency own your marketing assets, so we do not either.
- 03Nothing sent overseas
The work is done by full-time Black Lion Digital staff. The exception is the rare job where a specialist contractor is the better hands, such as custom code.
- 04Measured in acquisition
Before we start we agree the goal and the numbers that lead to it: new clients, leads, appointments booked, purchases. Impressions, reach and likes are not on the list.

No. We are not the right fit for a startup or a new business. Most do not yet have the operational capacity to keep up with the volume of results, which ends in an overwhelmed sales team or broken operations. We work with established businesses.
No. Everything is done by a full-time Black Lion Digital employee. The only exception is a special case where a contractor is more skilled, such as custom code for a web page.
Yes, but not from day one. Paid-on-performance is something we are open to once the relationship is established: per lead, per purchase, a share of revenue or profit, or a mix. We build the trust first, then talk about it.
