Start the conversation before the build.

The business

All Design Construction is a Newcastle residential builder: custom new builds, renovations, extensions and rebuilds.

The problem

A new home or a major renovation is a long, considered purchase, so few people who see an ad are ready to book a builder. The business needed a way to start a conversation with people planning a build, well before they were ready to talk to one.

What we built

Two Meta lead magnets. A Dream Home Checklist from December 2023, run as an on-Facebook lead form from January 2024. Then a free Inspiration Lookbook of home styles, layouts and colour palettes from March 2024, emailed to each person once they filled in the form.

What happened

From 7 March to 8 April 2024 the Lookbook campaign brought 236 leads on $2,105.61, $8.92 each. Across the whole account, December 2023 to April 2024, Meta recorded 341 leads on $4,095.71, $12.01 each.
