EliteBet is an Australian-owned online bookmaker in Rosehill, Sydney.

The problem

EliteBet had a large list of registered customers who had gone quiet, and no way to reach each of them one to one and answer them when they wrote back.

What we built

An SMS reactivation system on GoHighLevel: an AI text concierge that writes to each past customer and answers their replies, a clean of every list before it is sent, and a pipeline that moves each reply on to the team.

What happened

On the reactivation send before August 2026, 48% of the send converted.
